Account Management
Account Management is our first link with property management. They make sure our clients are billed correctly and are responsible for handling all billing and customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

AMR
AMR coordinates daily meter reading system operations, manual input of meter reads, reformat miscellaneous read files, assist with monitoring automated meter polling, and setting up new metered site data.
 
Billing
Billing compiles data, prepares rate calculations and submits inputs into the billing system for the generation of individual utility statements.

Client Relations
Client Relations is responsible for working in conjunction with Account Management to facilitate and support the client’s overall portfolio. Client relations play a crucial role in client retention strategies, new client start up and training efforts at the corporate level.

Accounting and Finance
The role of the accounting and finance department at Minol LP is similar to that of other companies. It is responsible for keeping the financial records of the company in an accurate and timely fashion. It pays vendors and employees, invoices customers, collects and applies customer payments and helps the company comply with governmental taxing and regulatory authorities. The department uses the financial information to analyze the profitability of departments, processes and analyzes variances from budget to assist management in making financial decisions. It projects and monitors cash flow as well as safeguarding the assets of the company and controlling the financial activities of the company.

Human Resources
Human Resources encompass a wide variety of functions from recruiting and hiring to ensuring the organizations policies and procedures are established and followed. Human resources also handles employee benefits, performance management and employee relations. Implementation Implementation is responsible for the execution of new contracts and establishing the basic system parameters in order to accomplish a timely and successful program start up.

Information Technology
IT department provides technical support to the various departments in the organization. It is also responsible for design, development and implementation of software components used by the Billing, AMR and Installation departments.

Legal Affairs
Legal Affairs directs the entire regulatory process for new and existing customers, as well as all applicable company departments. Legal Affairs is responsible for coordinating the regulation process for Minol’s products and services by ensuring that all necessary applications and other requirements are filed. Maintaining partnerships and on-going communication links between government entities, state and local apartment associations, utility providers, and industry trade associations is another responsible of the Legal Affairs Department.

Resident Relations
Resident Relations is responsible for answering resident phone inquiries about their Minol billing statements. Resident Relation is available 7am-7pm CST and is staffed with bi-lingual representatives.

Sales and Marketing
The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for bringing new clients to Minol. We attend trade shows, and networking events nationwide to prospect and spread the word about Minol's products and services. We have representatives that cover each region of the United States and are responsible for educating new and existing clients on ways Minol can help them.

Installations & Service
Installation & Service team is responsible for providing sub-metering system installations in new and retrofit construction projects for multi-family and military housing projects as well as providing maintenance and service for existing systems. We use reliable, high quality equipment from the industry’s leading manufacturers of sub-metering equipment and employ qualified and experienced installation and maintenance technicians. Our goal is to work as a team to provide a smooth installation and ongoing operation of your sub-metering system now and in the future.

Training
The Minol Training Department is focused on empowering people to reach their full potential in their work. We provide the highest quality training, creating standards which others follow. We proactively develop new training approaches to enable all students to easily overcome obstacles in their approach to learning in order to make learning rewarding and fun.
